Working Principle

1. The feeding part is mainly to realize quantitative feeding to ensure that the material evenly enters the roller room. If the feeding amount is too large, the electric power of the feeding device will be overloaded; if the feeding amount is too small, the ball will not be formed. Therefore, skilled operation skills are an important condition to ensure the normal operation of the steel slag ball press. 
 
2. In the transmission part, the main transmission system is: motor-triangle belt-reducer-open gear-roller. The front joint of the piston rod rests on the bearing seat to meet the production pressure requirements. 　　 
 
3. The forming part mainly refers to the main machine part, and the core part is the roll. When there is too much feed between the two pressure rollers or metal blocks, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder will be overloaded, the hydraulic pump will stop, the accumulator will buffer the pressure change, the overflow valve will open to return oil, and the piston rod will shift The gap between the pressure rollers is enlarged so that the hard objects pass through the pressure roller, and the system pressure returns to normal, which can protect the pressure roller from damage. This machine can adjust the pressure according to the requirements of the pressure ball density, and the production is flexible and flexible. .
 
 
 
Material requirements
 
1. The particle size should not be too large so as not to affect the molding quality. 
 
2. No metal objects are allowed in the material. Otherwise, the surface of the roller skin will be damaged.
 
3. The material supply must be sufficient, and an adjustable-speed screw feeder should be used. Observe the amount of returned material to adjust the supply of new material.
 
 
Installation and commissioning
 
 
The steel slag ball press must have a relatively balanced base. Pay attention to correct the level and level the gap. The conveyor should also correspond to the height and level of the conveyor. After installation, strictly check whether the components are firmly connected, and check the machine. Check whether there are sundries, add enough lubricating oil in the reducer and gear box, and test the machine after confirming that the components are correct.    
 
When testing the steel slag ball machine, check whether it is reversed. After the direction is correct, run it for 30 minutes to see if there is any abnormal noise or heat generation in each part. If the problem is found, solve it in time. In the early stage after the normal production of the machine, special personnel must be monitored to prevent the bolts of the components from being loosened. If the situation is found, the lubricant in the reducer and gear box must be replaced with new gear oil after 30 days of running-in.
